Effective January 2025. These terms govern your access to and use of the NobleBond Clay Collective website, catalog, and studio services.
Website and Content Use
All content on this site, including images, class descriptions, and written materials, is owned by NobleBond Clay Collective. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Class Bookings and Payments
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment. Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Seats are limited and assigned on a first-paid basis.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 14 or more days before a class receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 7 days prior or for no-shows. We may reschedule due to instructor illness or studio issues and will offer alternative dates or credits.
Studio Conduct and Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions and respect shared workspace rules. Closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing are required. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving disruptively without refund.
Intellectual Property and Creations
You retain ownership of your finished clay pieces. NobleBond Clay Collective may photograph work for promotional use unless you opt out in writing before the session.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation beyond what is covered by our studio insurance. Use of the website and studio is at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
